To ensure a smooth onboarding process, please review all required checklists in advance of your scheduled setup date. We recommend confirming that every required item is already in place at your property.

Please note: any missing items identified during setup will be automatically purchased and added to your account (unless otherwise agreed). This helps us keep your property guest-ready from day one.


1. State of the unit

Provides an overview of your property’s current condition.

3. Kitchen inventory

Details all items needed to ensure a fully stocked guest-ready kitchen. Anything missing will be supplied automatically during setup (and charged to your account).

4. Bedding

Lists the bedding items that need to be provided by owners (this is separate from the linen rental program).
