It’s always nice to know who you’re talking to. Throughout your onboarding, you’ll hear from a few different team members—all working together to get your property set up, your listing live, and your first guest checked in smoothly.
Main contact points
All our Beyondbnb team members can be reached through a single contact channel. We route your email or call to the most appropriate person.
1️⃣ Contract and inquiry stages
During this early stage, you’ll usually be speaking directly with our group leadership or the CEO of your local division.

2️⃣ Post contract signing
After your contract is signed, you’ll be introduced to Tanya, our Head of Compliance, and Stephanie, our Regional Operations Manager.
- Tanya ensures all compliance requirements are handled and gets your property fully set up in our systems.
- Stephanie takes the lead on preparing your listing for both local and HQ operations, making sure everything moves smoothly into the setup phase.
3️⃣ Property listings and physical setup
Once listing preparation begins, from head office you’ll hear from Lissy, our Listings Administrator, and/or Michelle, our Regional Operations Supervisor; and from our local operations teams you may hear from senior team members or Divisional Owners. Don’t worry, as long as you use our [email protected] group email address everyone will be in the loop.
- Lissy writes your listings using the details provided by your local team and ensures any owner stays are booked before the listing goes live.
- Michelle oversees the physical setup of your property. Working closely with our local divisions, she ensures your unit is well-equipped, staged, and ready to welcome its first guest.
