However, our systems currently allow only one primary email address per property, and while our team always aims to include all owners, this is a manual process that can lead to occasional missed CCs or fragmented conversations.

To ensure that everyone stays informed and communication remains clear, we recommend (and require for multi-owner properties) the use of a shared owner email account. If this isn’t possible, we can only guarantee daily communications to one nominated owner.
