Some properties are jointly owned by multiple owners who each wish to receive updates and communications from Beyondbnb. However, our systems currently allow only one primary email address per property, and while our team always aims to include all owners, this is a manual process that can lead to occasional missed CCs or fragmented conversations.

To ensure that everyone stays informed and communication remains clear, we recommend (and require for multi-owner properties) the use of a shared owner email account. If this isn’t possible, we can only guarantee daily communications to one nominated owner.

How It Works

Instead of emailing each owner separately, all messages from Beyondbnb will go to a central shared email address — one that all owners can access.

Steps to Set Up Your Shared Email Account

1. Create a new Gmail account
   • Go to https://accounts.google.com/signup
   • Choose an easy-to-recognize name (e.g. [email protected])
   • Use a strong password that all owners can securely share.
2. Share login details securely
   • Share the email address and password only with your co-owners.
3. Provide the shared address to Beyondbnb
   • Once set up, send us the new email so we can update your contact details in our system.
   • We’ll direct all future communications to this shared account.
